Our goal is to improve health equity by saving lives and respecting each person as a valuable human being. At Montrose Lighthouse, Inc., we provide the following;
- Transportation to and from The Shepherd’s Hand to the Montrose Lighthouse Shelter
- Overnight, safe and warm sleeping accommodations for 28 guests
- A hot meal nightly Monday through Friday, and a brown bag breakfast on Saturdays
- Laundry, showers and Wi-Fi
- Accommodate up to 5 guests with qualified pets
As a program under The Shepherd’s Hand, the following services are available:
- Personalized one-on-one support from experienced case workers
- Compassionate emotional support in a safe, welcoming environment
- Assistance finding and maintaining permanent housing
- Support with life skills, education, employment, and other resources for long-term stability
- Free hot breakfast and lunch available Monday through Friday
- Medical and substance abuse assistance
- Spiritual guidance
